Unfortunately due to the custom nature of the product we are unable to refund, exchange, change or cancel any glass orders.  

Broken Glasses 

Please email us at 

Send us a photo of the broken goods within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. It is against the law to post broken glass - please do not send back.  

We ask you to email: 

  1. A clear overall image of the glassware in the packaging that is broken.
  2. Close up of the part that is broken
  3. Clear photo encapsulating both the break & engraved initials on the glassware.

Once your email has been received and the photo is approved we will contact you to organise a replacement. Glass breakage in transit is extremely rare. The dreaming robin team carefully package all orders in bubble wrap, drawstring bag and shipping box to protect the glassware. 


If you are unhappy with your clothing purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at  

Return post will be at buyers expense. 

Refund or exchange will be offered if there is damage to your garment.
